Really nice refrigerator!

We've had our new refrigerator for less than 2 months but have liked it since day one. There were several features that we had looked for in a new refrigerator: 1. the freezer at the bottom, 2. no water or ice maker in the door, 3. being able to see food in the produce drawers easily, 4. lots of storage in the door(s). This model met all the above criteria and then some, like a very bright LED light in both the refrigerator and freezer sections and a shallow drawer that is the width of the refrigerator that is great for cheeses, lunch meats, and small items. It is also very quiet (we didn't hook up the ice maker, so we don't know how much noise that makes) and keeps everything at just the right temperature. The freezer has wire baskets which I prefer over the plastic drawers we saw in other models. We have finger prints on the stainless steel exterior doors but since I'm not a stickler for wiping those off, I really don't care and will probably just wash them off with whatever is recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator online during the Black Friday sale a few weeks ago. We replaced a Whirlpool side by side from sixteen years ago that was still working great. Initially the refrigerator was loud but we haven't noticed the noise after a couple of days. We thought it was the ice maker which by the way is slow but is not a problem at our house. It's taken some time to get organized and I don't have room for one of the shelves because milk, tea, etc containers are too tall. Overall we are pleased and it looks good in the room.

We are enjoying our refrigerator because we needed more space. Also, items are easy to find. The freezer on the bottom has been convenient. The lighting is good too.

Installation was not done properly which led to water leak

The frig works fine. But the installation was poor which led to water leak. I am still working on having it serviced.

I purchased my whirlpool 25 cu ft French door refrigerator a couple of months ago and I am so happy that I did. it makes my life easier everyday. I have so much more room and it keeps my produce fresher much longer. one of my best purchases in years.
