What a great refrigerator, from the design to function!!!

We recently got rid of a refrigerator that is a famous brand...but with all its fame was nothing but trouble. Our new Whirlpool is a beautiful addition in our wonderful kitchen. It is whisper quiet and designed with a great deal of thought. The other refrig had all of the bells and whistles, yet disorganized. Whirlpool designed this refrigerator to be quiet functional and beautiful!!!

Great Deal for the $$

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and although I know it is still pretty early in the game, so far I have to say that I am pleased with the purchase. For the most part this fridge is quiet. It can be heard when the freezer starts to kick in, but not excessively loud. I did not however connect the water line and the ice make is turned off so I am not able to voice an opinion on the sound this unit makes when it is making ice. For the $$price$$ I think that the dollars and cents makes sense here. It is plenty spacious for both fridge and freezer space. I would however tell future purchasers of this product that with this unit it is imperative that you make sure both fridge doors and freezer door is closed properly. I have read reviews of people complaining that the freezer will defrost without reason and the fridge will have condensation appear. Most people I have spoke with regarding those issues stated that the "likely" culprit is that the doors did not properly shut thereby causing the issues. I have noticed on occasion that if I do not close the fridge doors all the way they can stay open, and conversely when I shut the fridge doors too hard the freezer door might occasionally slide slightly open. Other than that I am very well please with this purchase.

Love this fridge but new problem has arisen

We bought this fridge 10 months ago and have been thrilled with it till this morning. The freezer drawer was/is closed securely, but this morning it is filled with snowy frost! Not sure if its a settings issue (both set at 4 as they have been since purchase). Hope its just a quirk, because I love this fridge otherwise! Freezer could be bigger but better than what we had!

Buying American made products is always important to me and this purchase didn't disappoint

Just what we were looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last Whirlpool lasted for 21 years. We only replaced it because we remodeled our kitchen. This is exactly what we wanted, no extras (ice makers, computer screens, water dispensers), nothing to go wrong. It is clean, elegant and simple.
