After I got the refrigerator and set it up, I noticed the lack of a dairy tray for the doors. I went to Whirlpool customer service and got the parts chart link and confirmed this model does not support that in it's standard configuration or as an accessory. I then noticed a freezer model which does have that as standard equipment (odd, I think for it to be in a freezer). I went back to the retail location and experimented by checking the shelf size and attachment between the refrigerator and freezer and I feel confident I can buy the parts from the freezer and they will fit in the refrigerator. I'm not sure if Whirlpool is aware of this, though.

My refrigerator is only a week and half, and I'm so thrill with it that I cannot describe the feeling I have every time I look at it. My husband cannot pass the refrigerator without give it a big hug. But down deep in my heart I know he loves me more.I just love how easy it is to organize everything and be able to know were everything is located.Thank you for making my life so much more easier.

We bought this refrigerator a couple of months ago, and has plenty of room, very silent, and do the work as expected. Easy installation, and better performance.

Love the new fridge.

I only have 2 complaints. The rack in the freezer doesn't roll very well. Also, the gallon size bins in the fridge door need to be a bit bigger. It is difficult to take a gallon of milk out without pulling out the bin itself. An extra 1/2 inch larger would have been good.
