[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically, I am very happy with the refrigerator. Has enough room. Things I don't like are that you cannot move it to clean underneath it. I was able to easily move my old one. The stainless steal is nice but it shows fingerprints easily. The old one I had did not shoe fingerprints like this one.

First month experience -If you have 32" entry door then the delivery person should remove the refrigerator doors.According to my one month experience, the refrigerator is good enough for our requirement. I did not connect water line. I think water line connection creates more trouble in future. No laud noise on defrost cycle. Radiator is at the bottom so do not forget to vacuum every three months by removing the bottom cover. Whirlpool did not make that easy. You can not adjust the defrost cycles interval which consumes the most energy.Energy Star ratings are not credible. It is worst than the car mileage ratings. So do not buy any new refrigerator just because it has energy star rating. I do not have any experience on Whirlpool maintenance support.I wish Whirlpool gives us detail maintenance chart and diagrams. The supplied documents are very basic and for the legal safety purpose only.

This refrigerator meets our everyday needs plus the fact that it's simple design and the absense of outsdie door extras makes it the perfect refrigerator for this couple.

Overall a very nice unit

I was looking for a fridge/freezer that didn't have an indoor water and ice dispenser. Wanted a stainless finish and large capacity for cold storage. My commercial grade refridgerator in my home had gone belly up, the compressor was made in Brazil so replacement parts, even online were a no-go. This unit has ample and adjustable door shelving. No waisted space on an indoor water dispenser, I'm on a well system and it's cold right from the faucet.The unit runs very quietly. perhaps an alert chime could improve t, in case one of the doors doesn't get closed fully.

Great refrigerator

We bought this item about a month ago when we moved into our new home. We love it. The only negative thing we can say is that the wide "convenience" draw flip up lid will come off the small plastic hinge. Don't expect this with a brand new fridge, hinges could be about 1/16" longer to fix problem.

Problem with freezer door

I love the refrigerator portion. It is nice and roomy and you can see all your food. I hate the freezer it doesn't close and often we find if ajar. Most freezers you just push and they close but this one stays open. We have lost a lot of food. The light also burned out the first month and I couldn't fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
