This is a well built refrigerator.

Overall, we are very pleased with our Whirlpool. Lots of space in the refrigerator compartment. Enough space in the freezer section, but a little less than we had gotten used to from our former side-by-side. Although we still need to eat some of our frozen food to reduce the packed nature of our new freezer, things are still relatively easy to find...no digging necessary. It looks very nice in our kitchen, too!

Lots of fridge space

I've had this fridge for three months & not completely satisfied. Fridge door can't hold two gallons of milk side by side. Wish you could pull one of the vegetable/fruit doors without opening both top doors. Freezer door is hard to close when you slide the top rack out to get ice. Light switch for freezer sticks sometimes & light doesn't come on. Drawers of freezer do not slide nicely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool Quality

Previous refrigerator was a Whirlpool, bottom freezer, had it for 20yrs no problems. So naturally we looked at Whirlpool models. this model has all the features we need. Large refrigerated box, and ample freezer space. Nice styling, quiet operation. The only negatives I have found are relatively minor, 1) back of glass shelves need some spacer so air can circulate but jars/bottles/cans do not tilt over 2)Shelves need just a little more vertical adjustment, certain containers do not fit unless you remove one shelf 3) location of interior light, you have to go "around" light to remove/put things on top shelf (depending on height of that shelf).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in November. Ice maker leaked twice and ruined my floor. Speaking with company now, hoping to have floor covered by Whirlpool. Flimsy drawer compartment pops off daily. Service call set for 5/20/16 failed to show up.

Great product! Pro's: consistent temperature, excellent lighting and ease of use. Great price! Cons: stainless could be of better quality and shelves could be better quality and lock more securely

Great Features

Bought Refrigerator April 1, 2015. First wife wasn't sure of the French Doors. By Third day, French Doors were now very well liked. We have the color black as not enough choice of colors. Would have preferred bisque color. Didn't want white. Only problem, when sun shines on door, shows all the dust. Wipe it off, only to have it show up again. I guess I have lots of dust particles floating around in the kitchen. We like all features in the refrigerator and freezer. Like freezer on bottom with pull out drawer.
