I don't like it any more

I bought this refrigerator 13 months ago and had problems with it since. After about 1 month the inside of the refrigerator got hot constantly. The freezer got so much ice buildup it cause the freeze draw to lock, it will not open for hours or only if I defrost it. It can be frustrated if I need something in the freezer and can't get it to open. Plus the water leaking from the freezer gets the floor wet all the time. The refrigerator is beautiful on the outside but the bottom freeze is the problem, I need to be able to open the freezer draw when I want and not when the I defrost to allow me in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with my purchase. The fridge looks amazing and is very well constructed. It's also quiet and the ice maker produces ice quickly. Love the inside water dispenser. Definitely well worth the investment. It's a perfect size and all three doors close tightly for a good seal.

2 Years old and Broken shelf AND drawer.

They don't make them like they used to. We bought this fridge 2 years ago for our kitchen. So far one of the shelves on the door has broken twice(I used super glue the first time. Now the bottom center drawer top completely snapped off after my wife opened it. It was catching on the drawers above it due to the way it opens. Plastic interior breaks easily and costs more than other refrigerators just to replace the cheap plastic parts. NOT Satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator and it could have a butter compartment and meat drawer. I was promised it would have the meat drawer and it didn't. But otherwise happy.

I EXPECTED SO MUCH MORE

We bought this very nice looking stainless steel refrigerator / freezer combination about 2 years ago. We have been so disappointment with several features.1. The french doors on the upper part just flop open and everything in the doors goes "crash." When you close the doors, unless you put your hand on them until they are firmly closed, it is very easy that one will remain open an inch or two. There is no "door-open" signal / alarm to alert you.2. The interior water dispenser was a selling point for me, and can I tell you I never use it because the water comes out so very slowly. It's a trickle.3. It is just as easy to leave the lower portion freezer door slightly ajar without knowing it. Anything that just barely interrupts it from closing fulling will cause it to not be completely closed. As such, things inside melt.4. The crowning disappointment is the ice maker. We literally have to take a screw driver and break up the clogged up ice cubs so that it will keep dispensing ice. We do this daily if not twice a day. Of course this problem is made worse if the freezer is not closed even just by a sliver.

Great Product

We purchased this refrigerator as part of our kitchen remodel and to replace a failing old fridge. I would rate the unit as high as possible but there is one design flaw. There is a 1 1/2" to 2" gap between the back of the glass shelves and the rear wall of the unit. This allows items to fall off between the shelf and the back of the fridge. We really enjoy the bottom freezer!!

doors completely rusted in less than thirty days

I bought this item less than thirty days ago and returned to retailer. This is a poor example of stainless steel quality...if it is stainless steel. I thought the brownish discoloration was dust at first...but standing back the whole unit was brownish and then discovered it was all rusting and no longer had a smooth finish. Have another refrigerator less than ten feet away that is five years old and stainless steel and is in perfect condition.A magnet is not attracted to the old unit and will not accept attachment...the whirlpool virtually takes the magnet out of my hand and attaches itself to the door.DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!almost pulls the magnet out of my hand
