Three main items for this review:1. Lots of great room. Very well organized. Airy. Can see everything well.2. Service was great! First one had a problem and the whole frig was exchanged hassle free! Super!3. Our tap water is just fine, BUT BOTH make ice that has a VERY bad chemical taste to it. No remedy seems to be on the table. We will need to BUY ice or make it the old-fashioned way. Oh my.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this frig as part of our kitchen remodel. It looks great and has all the storage we could want. I really like the lower compartment for meats and the adjustable shelves. The freezer compartment is easy to get into and has a good capacity to keep monthly items. I look forward to years of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced my failing GE Profile with this refrigerator, and I like it more than my previous 36" over/under Sub Zero. It was my first choice out of everything I looked at in-store and online, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. And It's made in America.

Very poor design

There is no way to make room for taller items without making a shelf too narrow to fit anything. The two shelves in the door that hold tall items are far from enough for me. The door cover on the bottom tray inside the fridge falls off without even touching it. Anything that falls behind the large gap between the back of the shelves and the back of the fridge...it has to be 2-3 inches easy...it falls all the way to the bottom and can't be retrieved without completely removing the bottom drawer. I have had entire bags of 1 pound of nuts slide off...what a pain. The same happens with everything in the freezer only its an even bigger pain trying to retrieve stuff...especially ice...I have given up on ice retreival altogether.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for the same amount of space as my 20 year old Amana fridge on top and freezer on the bottom with ice maker only. This was the closest we could find and the stainless was cheaper. Still getting used to the pull out drawer freezer. Storage is a different configuration.
