[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors are a big problem. If you are not paying attention they will be left open. Really aggravating. It is a little noisey. Hope that is just normal and not a problem brewing.Not especially impressed. Probably would not buy again.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit delivered DAMAGED in December. Whirlpool offered to replace. As the damage appeared to be COSMETIC we agreed instead on a $225. rebate. Soon after, we started having problems with the freezer.We called for service in February and the serviceman determined that the damage was far more extensive than originally thought. We have FUNCTIONAL damage. There is a huge gap on the bottom of the door and the icemaker quit working..We told Whirlpool we would return the rebate and based on this NEW INFORMATION let's go back to square one and do a replacement. They refused and only agreed to replace the door. Not a very satisfactory solution as the door must be manufactured and this may take 2 months. Also we cannot know if there is more unseen damage we cannot detect. We asked why would you be willing to do a replacement based on minor damage but now not for MAJOR damage. No logical answer was provided. They said it would be expensive for them. Well would it be more expensive to do now than a few months ago in December when you were willing to do it? This is not an arbitrary change of heart on our part. We asked for a replacement based on NEW INFORMATION provided by and verified by the licensed repairman. The damage we are looking at was there from the very beginning. Whirpool is being arbitrary and unfair in this matter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Roomy

Much more room then my old side by side.Even when all the dogs are at my feet, I can still open the fridge.I also wanted an ice maker but not in the door. Which gives you more room in fridge.My only down side is, to open the bottom freezer drawer you have to open it from the middle exactly because it shifts funny if you pull the handle even off just a little.But all in all love the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge for our new house and couldnt be happier. Our house is older, and the kitchen entrance has a very slim doorway. We were not smart, and didn't measure the width before we purchased this fridge. LUCKILY, the doors, hinges and wheels were really easy to remove, move the fridge, and reassemble. Its the perfect fridge for our lifestyle so we are very happy that it worked out. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator because we needed more room. The higher shelves in the french door model also saves our backs, easier to not have to bend way over to load heavier items like milk cartons. Love the clean sleek design of the stainless steel model. The only drawback is trying to get the doors even. We followed the instructions in the manual how to fix the problem, but they didn't help. So I guess it's just a cosmetic issue. Like everyone else reviewed, We wish the cheese drawer was two smaller ones so opening both doors to get at it wouldn't be necessary. We had to rebuild the outside wall of our hallway to make space for this larger model than what we had (30 inches wide).
