Refrigerator wonderful; freezer smaller than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 20 cu.ft. top freezer model with this one. I love the refrigerator part. The doors close well, and the cooling is good. Drawers are a good size, and unlike my older fridge the humidity adjustments actually seem to work. The only down side is that the freezer is small. for a 25 cu.ft. refrigerator, I assumed the freezer would be larger than my previous one. But I transferred everything from the old one to the new and couldn't quite fit it all in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for about 2 months the freezer keeps building up frost I have had a service call and the guy spent 5 minutes w me and said the freezer seal wasn't tight he pressed his hand around it and that was it!! Shocker the next day my freezer still has frost! Very upset
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking,door doesn't close correctly all the time so you have to make sure doors are closed. Glass shelf doesn't go all the way to the back ,over all nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this frig in June 2016. Looks Great. Have hardwood floors in kitchen so we did not want the outside door water and ice dispenser. Cleaned the outside once so far and very little effort keeping it clean. We have the open concept in the living room, dinning room and kitchen and there was some concern with noise from the frig. So far the noise is not bad. I once was surprised when I heard the ice maker being filled with water late at light. I plan to add some sound baffling foam to the wall behind the frig to adsorb some of the noise later. Wife loves it and is happy so I am happy. Over all we like it. Waiting now to see how dependable it is over time. We did purchase the extended warranty.
