more noisy as compared to my 20 yr old fridge. Surface shows smudges that won't go away. Other than it is just ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old fridge went out and we needed a new one. Its been over 20 years since we had to buy a fridge and we had no idea what brand would be reliable and easy to use. We bought this whirlpool and its has been great and its nice to have two doors to work with and store items on each side. The freezer is large and spacious enough for all our needs and the doors pull out easily. love this fridge.

Better than before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a whirlpool that is over 21 years old. It still runs. This refrigerator is so quiet that you forget it is there. I also like having the freezer on the bottom. My family sees the fruits and vegetables a lot more than before.

New home Fridge

This model fridge came with our newly built house in 2016. Overall, the layout is decent, french door setup is great, and freezer on lower deck is good for kids, who can finally reach the freezer.Our only real complaints are:1) the lower sliding shelf with pop up style lid, of which comes off at least once a day, is flimsy in design, and is only a matter of time before it actually breaks or we remove it simply for usability.2) Should really have a butter cooler/compartment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with operation of my new unit. The only minor issue with it is a noise every once in a while. I suppose it is specific function that turns on and then off. It may be related to moister compensation, but I wouldn't know.
