ENJOYING OUR NEW REFRIGERATOR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this on-line about a month ago when our old fridge quit. Of course, it happened when we had house guests! We couldn't be more pleased with this Whirlpool (so far). The open-wire drawers in the freezer are much more user-friendly than an older bottom freezer fridge we had, which had solid plastic drawers. With this new model, we can tell from all angles what is in the freezer. I would imagine the air flow is much better too with the open-wire drawers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I moved in a the 3 months ago The old one was making a lot of noise The only time I know it's on is when it makes ice.The Best I look at them all

Manufacturer defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 months ago and I have to call customer service for manufacturer defects - bottom door was not sealed good enough. Technician came twice but can not fix defect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy with product

The only thing we would change about this fridge is the size of the bottom drawer (meats drawer on inside). If the drawer was split in half we would not have to open both of the french doors to gain access to the drawer.

I moved into my new house about a month and a half ago, and spent much time looking for a refrigerator. I thought I needed a counter depth one, but finally decided on this. I really liked the idea of the French doors. This refrigerator was within my budget. I thought I might want the water and ice on the door, but I really don't miss it. It's nice having the ice maker in the freezer though.There is one thing that I would mention, that I think is a design flaw, and that may be the reason for the reasonable price, and that is the deli drawer. If you open the top to pull it out, the top will almost always come off. The connectors that fit into the other part of the drawer do not seem to be long enough so they easily disengage. I have found that if I pull the drawer out from the bottom, there is no problem. The problem is remembering. It is the first thing I tell guests when they come to visit, and they usually catch on pretty quick also.All in all, I love my refrigerator. It is the nicest one I ever had.
