[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a GE profile fridge that is 12 years old. I was disappointed that it didn't last as long as all my other fridges. I was mainly looking for one that does NOT have a ice/ water dispenser on the door with side by side doors. However there was none available now a days in this size. I find that it may be a nice feature to have but it will be the weak link to the system.

Cannot open the right hand crisper drawer unless both refrigerator doors are open. Fits perfectly in my small kitchen while giving me plenty of storage.

Do not like the fingerprinting even though we were told it was better now! Do not like the left side door which does not always close tight unless you really push it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the fridge for several months and now realize, among other things, how poor a fridge I had. This one is quiet; the preset temperatures are different/better than what I had mine set to and I feel that my food is staying fresher; the "deli" drawer is brilliant--things don't get lost or buried; in fact, nothing gets lost of forgotten. The only complaint is the stainless steel exterior. I understand that stainless steel can now be treated/coated so keeping them clean is not a problem. I'd suggest you do that. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had Kitchenaid appliances for your years. Recently, we had to replace a very young 8 year old stainless Kitchenaid fridge. We thought we would have gotten more years out of it but we did not. So we decided after much research and needing a counter depth fridge, we would purchase another Kitchenaid unit. Since we have had it, about a month now, it hardly ever shuts off and the fan noise is very very loud and annoying. Even though the previous fridge did not last as long as we would have like it too, it was efficient and very very quite. We could never hear it running! The new model and changes you have made in all honesty were the wrong changes to make. You should check on the web to see what others have to say about the noise!
Pros: Design, easy to use
Cons: Too noisy, hardly shuts off

My New Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the last addition to my new kitchen. I love the look of the counter-depth as well as the french doors. I do have a few issues with it however. The finish on the doors scratches easily, I had a magnet on the door that left a scratch. There are many little scratches I can see. The Ice maker or water supply (?) makes loud noises. It sounds like something is in there that wants to get out. It actually woke me one night.
