We needed a counter depth refrigerator in black as part of our kitchen renovation. The Kitchenaid fit the bill for us. Everything in the refrigerator is easy to find. We love the internal water dispenser, we did not want to lose interior space to an in-the-door water and ice dispenser.

Our beautiful high quality Kitchen Aid Refrigerator fits perfectly in the designated spot and gives us extra space for traffic in our crowded kitchen area. Some special features, new to us, are:

Only in for two weeks, but I am impressed by the space in both the refrigerator and the freezer compartments. Purchased this unit to replace a Sub-Zero and have found the Kitchenaid to quieter when running, running less and I appreciate the digital display for the compartment temperature read outs.

needed counter-depth, for that purpose it fits the bill; not a big fan of the freezer though, top shelf not that easy to access; unfortunately no counter-depth side-by-side without door icemaker was available, would have preferred that
