Bought this refrigerator a month ago and I have been very satisfied with it. It has plenty of room on the inside and is still counter depth on the outside so it fit well into the kitchen design. Love the ice and water on the inside of the appliance. No more water and ice on the floor.

I purchased my refrigerator about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I especially love all the space and shelves located in the doors. The temperature settings keep the frig and freezer at consistent temperatures throughout the day. I love the built in water filtration system. Definitely happy with my purchases!

THis is my second of this model...the first had a really bad seal so ice was forming inside the freezer and refrig. This one is much better but still has an issue with moisture building up on the top doors. Hopefully something can be done to prevent this on mine and all future models.

Improved design

Kitchenaid replaced our existing model of this same refrigerator after a little more than a year due to its habit of flooding the kitchen floor. Presumably this problem with the defrost water has been fixed, and I noticed that the upper inside surface of the freezer drawer is now plastic instead of steel. While this may seem like a downgrade, it is in fact a better idea, given that bottles occasionally will tumble out of the upper compartment when we are getting something out of there and were causing dents in the metal. The LED lighting could use a warmer color bulb, but is still a nice improvement. I may add a warming filter to the lighting to make food in the upper compartment look more appetizing. Its current color balance is more suited to a coroner's lab than a kitchen, but I tend to fixate on these kinds of things. Overall we are happy with the new refrigerator and particularly with Kitchenaid's willingness to stand behind their products, a rarity these days.
