[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Structural concerns limited our choices for a new fridge, so when we found this model, we were thrilled at the beautiful, built-in look we were able to achieve for many dollars less than expected. The only glitch is the doors--one needs to truly, deliberately push them closed or it's very easy to leave them slightly ajar, and we do--too often. If not for the beep of the door alarm, we'd really be in trouble. I'd love to see the door latching mechanism improved. Other than that, we love this beauty and would've given 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for 9 months. We've only owned top freezer style refrigerators in the past, but decided to try this bottom freezer as I wanted a counter depth to better fit the space in my kitchen. Since there are only two of us, the size is adequate for our needs. We utilize the shelving in the doors, which leaves us plenty of space in the main refrigerator. I also like the pull-out drawer in the refrigerator, which is a good space for yogurt or deli items. The freezer contains two divided baskets, which helps keep things like TV dinners or ice cream neatly stacked and easily accessible. There is also a pull out shelf/drawer above the freezer baskets providing additional freezer space.
There are a few negatives, however. Although my husband and I like the filtered water dispenser inside the refrigerator, the replacement filters are quite pricey - costing $40+ every 6 months. The refrigerator makes several strange noises, including occasional knocking, which according to the manual is "normal", but it took some getting used to. Also the deli drawer's divider doesn't seem to stay in place even when the divider seems to be stabilized within its grooves.
If there was anything I would change, it would be the freezer warning signal. The refrigerator section has a beeper that goes off if the door is left open for over 5 minutes, however the freezer only beeps if the freezer temperature goes below a certain degree. Unfortunately, we had a couple of occasions when we didn't close the freezer door completely just before going to bed, only to wake up the next morning to find lots of defrosted food and ice completely melted. Had the freezer beeped after 5 minutes like the refrigerator, we would have heard it. Lesson learned...I now make it a habit to make sure all doors are firmly closed before I head for bed.
Pros: Design, Performance, easy to use, Convenient Features
Cons: makes strange noises, door ajar alarm in freezer is based on temperature, water filters expensive to replace

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 13 year old Kitchenaid Superba side by side that was dying a slow death. Looks great, a little smaller than I am used to. I haven't quite worked out the shelf configuration that works best for my family. At times the ice maker seems to lag. Agressively spits ice out at you, learning curve as to how much ice is coming and when to release the button. overall we are satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge in January. We have liked it except that it is small because we wanted a counter depth fridge. We have had some problems with the buttons. They were not working and you would push one and it would control something else. I unplugged it and this seemed to fix the issue, but I'm sure it will probably happen again.

Defroster leaks into freezer . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Same as the other review, water leaks into the bottom of the freezer and forms ice. This happens several times a week, I'm guessing during the automatic defrost cycle. If you don't chip out the ice each time, it eventually starts to overflow the ice and leak out onto the floor. I'm glad to hear there is a fix now, I'll be calling on Monday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a long time for a smaller refrigerator with upscale styling and features. I have a galley style kitchen and needed something that didn't fill the whole kitchen space when opened. This fits beautifully in the space, and holds so much more than I dreamed it would. Additionally, I love the fact that the ice-maker and water-dispenser are NOT on the door (neatly tucked inside).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this product is doing just fine so far. A little hard to keep clean but like the sleek design. Really wanted the counter depth but wish somehow it could offer more room on the interior without it sticking out on the exterior. Just don't feel for a family of five it is big enough. A little worried down the road may have an issue with the doors sealing. Notice sometimes when you go to shut them if you don't get them shut just right they don't always seal and then you have to reopen them and try shutting them again.
Pros: Design, easy to use
Cons: wish interior was larger
