Great Counter-Depth Refrigerator

We took delivery on this refrigerator about two weeks ago. The only negative comment I have is that the freezer light stopped working within a week. I still have to find a replacement bulb. Otherwise it was easy to install and fits the opening perfectly.

It was hard to find a white refridge with freezer on the bottom, no visible water dispenser and counter depth. We jumped at this one and were not disappointed. The shelves are moveable, and we enjoy the large drawer for meats or wine etc. My only down compliant is a slight bit of moister that seems to build up at the top of the freezer drawer where the 2 doors come together for the refridge. Other than that we are delighted with the fit, the appearance and the mechanics of the item.

The refrigerator fit perfectly! I chose this model with French doors because they allow easy access to items without taking up space when open. It keeps food fresh. Adjustable shelves allow customization. I would like a slightly larger freezer space but my deep freeze picks up the slack.

The door of the freezer was bent and can not close correctly which results in complete frost of the freezer, total overtaxing of the compressors. It will take 8 weeks for a replacement door to come and be changed. This is about the worst customer service I have experienced ever.

Owned one month; clean exterior design, 3 freezer bins easy to access, adjustable refrigerator shelves well thought out, good interior temperature control, very handy deli drawer. However; water filter placement blocks valuable tall item space, door bins easily bumped out, glass shelves already scratched, limp veggies from crisper drawer, disconcerting knocking noises when fan running(a noted complaint by other internet reviewers).

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago and have been pleased with how well it fits into our very small kitchen. It doesn't run all the time like our other one, is very quiet and yet it maintains its temperatures well. The only problem we've had is that condensation collects on the center door seal; our weather has been very humid this summer and fall. To mitigate this we have turned on the humidity control.

I bought this a month ago and have generally been very pleased with it's features. I have not been happy with quality control. After delivery I noticed a small amount of ice forming on the center of the freezer door. This gradually increased. I could see that the seal wasn't touching there. The seal issue is apparently common, but mine was related to a warped door which requires replacement. It was distressing that the repair company knew immediately how long it took to get a replacement (6-8 weeks).
