Love the convection oven for all my baking and am learning how to use the convection microwave. Not sure about the frig yet. The dishwasher is good but wished I could see the control panel while in use.

The 2 items that could use improvement, in my opinion: 1. Between the upper doors moisture appears and drips down to the top of the freezer drawer; 2. the shelf designed for canned beverages is very limiting in its use. An unspecified-use shelf would have been better for my needs.

This is our first stainless suite and my husband and I both love the look. Performance is spot on. Our kitchen, dining and living space are all in one, the great room concept, so looks, performance and noise level are considerations. I wanted counter depth for a clean look and floor space. I also did not want an external ice and water feature. Again, I like a clean look. This refrigerator has the interior filtered water feature and for some reason, this feature thrills our guests! We have all that we need in a beautiful package.

Fridge on top, freezer below makes so much sense...nice not to have to stand on my head to get to the fruits and veggies. Many configurations of shelving on the inside makes for maximum flexibility. Thought that having the water dispenser inside the fridge might be a problem, but it works out just fine. We have well water and love the filter! Verdict still out on the stainless finish...I know it's so popular, but black is much easier to keep up when you have kids on the house.

Froze everything ruined a lot of food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator look good but rigt from the start we had problems! Fist the handle on the freezer door started chipping, like a bad powder coat job. We noticed everything on the top shelf was freezing and we just kept turning the fridge compartment up to over 45 degrees to keep things from freezing. Nonetheless we still experienced freezing issues. Then my fiance dropped a plastic bottle of ketchup on the crisper drawer and the clear part cracked about 6" long. We hadn't had it for a week at that point. My fiance had contacted our distributor and asked them to fix the problem, but call backs were far and few between. Finally after having it for close to 9 months they came out to repair the unit. They told us the drawer crack and handle chipping would have been covered had we contacted them in the first month. We did! They didn't call back or do anything about the issue. Now after they have come out and replaced the control board and thermal sensor and we have warm food and the display shows 8 degrees for the fridge compartment. Now I may have to throw out the food that is spoiling in my fridge! At least with frozen food we could still use the fridge most of the way! I am now ready to push this thing off of a cliff!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
