[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, and the food in the refrigerator (produce bins, lower shelves in the back) tends to freeze (frozen cucumbers, anyone?). Overpriced for the performance.

Water dispenser, why??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about this fridge except for the water dispenser. It is inside the fridge rather than on the door. That is not the issue though since there are plenty of door access fridges available and personally I prefer not seeing the dispenser on the door. My problem is with the design of the inside dispenser. The button for dispensing the water is ABOVE the actual dispenser. Think about that for a second. Instead of putting the button below the dispenser so that you could simply put your glass against it to start dispensing water, you have to awkwardly maneuver both arms inside the fridge (dispenser is on the left side) and hold that awkward position while you wait the 20 seconds or so to fill up your glass. It's ridiculous. How does anyone design it so poorly? Just switch the dispenser and the button, better yet, come up with a simple switch that I can do at home.
Pros: Performance
Cons: dumb dispenser design

Had issues from the very beginning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the fridge professionally installed, and about a week later noticed water pooling under the fridge. We pulled out the fridge and a water leak had damaged the floor underneath. So far we've had two repair visits and the issue still is not fixed. Not happy with the fridge but hope we can get things fixed as I do prefer the water dispenser to be inside the fridge and this is the only (discontinued) model to have this feature.
