[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I do recommend the product, I would say overall, the product is "average" to "fair". I'm disappointed in the capacity of the refrigerator. Shelves are not tall enough and definitely not enough room in the freezer. When running, the motor is loud. Not particularly happy with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I. I love this refrigerator, very spacious considering it's a counter depth. The crisp drawers are spacious, although the freezer is a little smaller than I would like. The ice maker is slow and max ice seems to slow ice production to a crawl. I think the ice production could be slow due to the RO system attached to the water line. Overall though, so far so good.
Pros: easy to use, Performance, Design, Convenient Features, spacious refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my all Kitchenaid appliances f(fridge, over/range and dishwasher) for the styling and features. However, within the first year, the oven glass door shattered and a piece on the fridge freezer door needed to be replaced as it wasn't closing properly causing a great amount of frost to build up in the freezer. Luckily, they were covered under the year 1 warranty. So far my dishwasher hasn't given me any issues. I purchased them because Kitchenaid only does kitchen appliances. They were more costly than some others and I didn't expect things to go wrong so quickly. If it wasn't for those the issues I had, they would have received an "Excellent".
Pros: Design, Innovative, love the convection cooking., easy to use, love the meat probe. cooks meat perfectly., love the in-fridge water dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed no more than a 20cu in a french door model because the door openings on our older home did not have enough doorway width to get a larger one in to our kitchen. This model fit so well, has ample interior room and still has ice maker and cold water even though it's not on the outside of the left door. At soom point we will enlarge our front door and kitchen doorway so we can buy a larger french door model in the future. We had a side by side by it was too narrow on both freezer and fridge sections so wide pans didn't fit. We love this beautiful stainless steel refrigerator and all it amenities, controls, features and etc. So happy we were able to buy this new refrigerator!...No regrets at all!!
