[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance came with a new house we purchased. It a very small freezer. Unless you are careful with packages it is likely the freezer drawer will jam open. Be careful! Also, be sure it is leveled correctly or the doors will stay open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with everything especially the extra features of alerting you when the door is left open and moisture control option. But it is too hard to clean the bottom of the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a refrigerator that is built for efficiency but also gives you the flexibility to pack in different items as the seasons go along, then this is the one for you. Shelving is adjustable and drawers have individual temperature controls to enable moving from more vegetables (summer) to more cold cuts (winter/fall). The inside-the-unit spigot takes up NO room, yet you get to enjoy the convenience of cold, filtered water. I love my beautiful new KitchenAid!
Pros: Performance, Design, alerts you to an open door, Convenient Features, Innovative, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new refrigerator 6 weeks. We like the design and features but have on multiple occasions inadvertently left one of the doors or drawer open. We noticed almost immediately that the doors didn't close with ease and we had to be quite deliberate to make sure they were closed all the way. Despite our resolve, it's kept happening and we've been the only ones using the kitchen. This morning I went to put something away, noticed the refrigerator temperature was 46 degrees though we hadn't hear any alarm and then had a very hard time getting the left hand door to close completely despite no obstacles in its way. We intend to address this with the very reputable store we bought it from.
Pros: Convenient Features, Design
Cons: doors don't always close tightly.

Fair Product with Water Filter Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge looks beautiful and we like the freezer on the bottom. However, the water filter (which is expensive) was not working properly and we had to take it out. The repairman said that it might be faulty and the cause of our system icing over, so he suggested we remove the filter. The fridge works now but with no filter and a new filter was not covered under the Kithchenaid warranty apparently. I wrote to the company who made the filter and they said it was the responsibility of the manufacturer of the fridge. I think it is ridiculous that we should have a new appliance and need to replace an expensive filter immediately and not know if a new filter will work in the fridge or not. I also think the design of having to open the freezer and get ice out and then open the fridge to get out water is wasteful and the product is not very energy efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge design is awesome. Water and ice features are great and located in great places. The fridge is designed nicely so you can store alot in it. Only down side is when you close your doors (french doors) the rubber between doors hides some white features that are not stainless steal and over wear and tear seems that the rubber may crack or bend
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Design, Convenient Features
Cons: rubber between french doors may crack over use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my kitchen renovated and bought new appliances. I love my new refrigerator! The freezer compartment in the bottom is so convenient. The water line inside the fridge is an ideal location. I can see everything in my fridge because the shelves are wide and shallow .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator. It is 'space saving' on the outside, but plenty of space on the inside with adjustable shelves. I am however missing 1 of the shelf liners which I have requested my dealer to order, but as of yet have not received
