I now have additional counter top space and the whole kitchen looks and feels so much bigger. I am pleased with its performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can hear it go on and off even when you are in other rooms. Cleaning fingerprints off the stainless steel is difficult. There could be more shelves on the doors to hold condiments,etc. The shelf for holding cans of pop is too shallow. If you close the door too hard the cans fall out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The inside water dispenser is great. I didn't want it on the outside because they seem to collect dirt and look messy. This is so clean and trim. A con for this model would be that it lacks adequate space for multiple milk jugs or taller, larger containers. It doesn't have nearly as much useable space as other models I have had unless I remove a shelf completely, but that defeats the purpose of multiple shelves.

Should Have Bought The Bigger One

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved and bought Kitchenaid products and thought this would be a winner. Purchased in December so have been living with it for 4 months now. It gets cluttered very quickly but is easy to clean and maintain. Crisper drawers do not shut tight and are very flimsy plastic so I hate that! Had service come to look at it for that reason and the fact that it makes lots of noises. Service said that's how it's suppose to be. Really unhappy with that conclusion. It does cool and freeze very well. Love the pullout deli draw and pull out freezer which also gets cluttered quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the french doors and the drawer freezer on the bottom. I got the counter depth refrigerator and found that it has a lot less space, but on the bright side it forces me to not let food slip to the back and not be noticed.
