[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for approx 5 months and so far have been extremely pleased with it. It is much easier to use that our old top freezer single door model. We like the design of the shelves, doors and produce drawers. The ice maker has worked flawlessly. We like the audible warning signal if a door is accidently left ajar. The refrigerator could be improved by having a filtered water spout that was easier to acess, a button that was easier to push, and a water pump that put out more volume.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer started leaking water at 2 yrs old. Water fills lower part of freezer and then freezes. I have to remove the ice regularly at least once a week. It concerns me when I leave town and so I put towels on the floor so make sure my floors aren't ruined.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these now. One 5 years old in The NW and a new unit in the SW. While there are several negative reviews online, many people fail to write a positive one. Here's a double 5star review. My five year old in stainless works perfectly, all drawers are intact and the finish looks as new. My new unit in black, has a very nice orange peel finish and powder coated handles, along with rubber drawer inserts that remove for easy quick cleaning. All shelves slide out in the new unit while only one is a slider in the 2009 stainless model. I have no problem cleaning the condenser coils each year by sliding out the unit from the wall and using my air compressor to blow off the lower coils and compressor. We have no pets to compound the coil buildup issues posted in negative reviews. All coils in all fridges will have coil fouling in homes with pets and coils should be cleaned at least twice a year. Wall to wall carpeting lint will increase coil dust as well. I also clean my units every year with power off for a day or so. In short, perform proper care to your fridge and it will last a very long time. Modern high tech appliances are not care free!

Cons: stainless shows all marks
