[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have remodeled 2 kitchens in the last 10 years. Both times I chose the Kitchenaid Counter-depth French Door model. I love it. You can fit everything in it from the oversized bottles of iced tea to a full pan of lasagna. The draws keep all of the vegetables fresh for much longer than any other machine I have had.

Good fridge with some minor drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good fridge. Works fine. Not too noisy as some reviewers have complained.
A couple of drawbacks. The large shelf in the middle seems very weak and unsubstantial. It wiggles and is not very solid. I can see this shelf breaking in a couple of years.
Kitchenaid also doesn't provide you with enough door shelves. On the right side there's only two shelves...one at the very top and one at the very bottom and a huge gap in between. Could really use another shelf. Lots of wasted space here.

The french doors are an adjustment as I'm use to doors closing themselves ... but room in the refrigerator is fine -- freezer is small but still hold a fair amount if you stack things.

An emergency situation.. need the space that the icemaker takes up. no place to store wine bottles. it seems it is a bit smaller than the one I had but it's working and all parts are in place,so it's a keeper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Refrigerator is one of the nicest I have ever had or used. Everything is convenient and well designed. All products keep well especially the produce drawer which does an above excellent job in keeping the product fresh. The freezer itself keeps the frozen items solid. The ice maker would be a wonderful feature but here there is a drawback. No matter how often I drain the system the taste of the water is awful. Makes this feature totally unusable.
