[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Digital control panel does not work. repair parts have been on order for several weeks. Food does not seem cold enough and I have no way to change settings. Ice dispenser is difficult to use and ice container is hard to remove. I am very disappointed in this product as I always thought that Kitchen Aid was "top of the line". Appearance is good and service has been good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall disappointed. The items in the back of the refrigerator tend to freeze when set at the recommended 38 degrees temperature setting which is needed to keep items in the door cold.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: items freeze in the refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd KitchenAid refrigerator I've purchased in less than a year - the first one destroyed by Super Storm Sandy so I replaced it with a counter depth. I love everything about this product and recommend it highly - price, value, and it fits a large pizza box...what more could you ask for?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided on this model refrigerator because we wanted something that was going to look sleek and built-in for our kitchen remodel. This fits the bill and works very well. Retrospectively, 20 cu. Ft. is really smaller than we should have gotten, but that is our fault. The only issue we have is that somehow there was an immediate dent in the top of the freezer door and we have no clue as to how it got there. It is odd that it dented so easily.

Keeping our fingers crossed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this refrigerator for 4 months. On the 30th day it stopped working and the temperature went from 38 to 60 degrees. We removed everything to a basement refrigerator and called for service. When the service man arrived the next day it was running normal again. He said that it might be a faulty temperature control or the inner shelf of the freezer might not have been pushed completely back causing it to go into "Defrost Mode". He said to be safe we should replace the part with a new one. However, when he returned a few days latter he said that Kitchenaid didn't have any new parts but had sent a reconditioned part.
Since the unit was still functioning properly we decided against putting a reconditioned part in a new refrigerator. Why couldn't he get a new part? Why did the unit stop working? We don't know and don't have a lot of confidence in this product at this point. I guess we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.
