[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't really say if I would or would not recommend this yet because I need to call customer service. I love the fridge and all it's features but the freezer gets ice build up right inside the drawer on the rubber trim and I'm not sure where it is coming from. If customer service can tell me how to fix the ice build up I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design with easy access to contents due to counter depth wide shallow dimensions. Motor and ice maker are a bit louder than previous frig, but not really a problem. Good size for 2 person family who cooks. Good storage for milk sized items in door, good number of adjustable shelves. Very nice appearance, modern without being too industrial.
Pros: Performance, Design, easy to use, Convenient Features
Cons: Could be quieter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator six weeks ago and mostly like it a lot although there are a couple of caveats: the crispers are not as sturdy as the deli drawer and come off their tracks almost every time we use them which is really irritating, especially as we compared crispers in other brands of 2-door counter-depth refrigerators when at the store and went for Kitchen Aid because it had the biggest crispers (important for vegetarians). Secondly, my husband tends to use the left-hand door by itself as that is where we store the milk. He has found that several times the door has not closed properly and he couldn't hear the alarm from upstairs. The other day he came down from his office and found the alarm ringing and the refrigerator temperature at 50 degrees (instead of 38)!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is great for smaller families. The product was purchased since the kitchen was being remodeled and did not what an oversized refrigerator that would take away from the kitchen and cabinets. I looks and performs great but just a little small.
Pros: Convenient Features, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator! The french door configuration is so much more practical than my old side-by-side. There is still plenty of freezer room but I can now put large bowls or cookie sheets in the fridge portion. I would have given it 5 stars but it does make a bit of noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for a couple of weeks now. Was worried it would be too small but it is surprisingly large and still counter-depth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator because we had the older version in our kitchen previous to remodeling and I STILL love it. The water dispenser inside is great if you have kids too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is an excellent refrigerator. The one flaw is that the drawer for meats cannot be opened unless both of the doors are open. That seems like a design flaw to me is inconvenient.
Pros: some great features, Design
Cons: 1 inconvenient feature
