No hardware or accessory

Our children received this gift for Christmas. When we opened the box there was no hardware or accessory pieces... “no big deal, I’ll call customer support.”— the number has been changed or discontinued. The number on the box not online works.

Easy to assemble and simple fun! My twins love playing peekaboo with the windows and ringing the doorbell. I like that they get to use their imaginations. It doesn’t take up a lot of yard space, but is a big part of play time!

This little cottage is adorable! My little girl would live in it if I let her! It’s the perfect size for her and her cousin to play in. She’s 3 and he’s 2. There’s a phone, a grill, a mailbox. A little door they swing open and shut. It’s safe, sturdy and easy to put together. Perfect for a backyard but if you have the space in a playroom or den it would be great.

Disappointment

Ordered the pink version of this online. When I received it, the box was busted open, but it appeared that all the pieces were intact until I started to put it together and there were no screws included. Customers service is closed on the weekend,so I had to go to the store and buy some that were as close in size as what should have been included. Once I went to insert the first screw, I realized that there was no hole for it...or any of them. Directions call for screws and a screwdriver. A screwdriver wont bust through the plastic. Looks like return is inevitable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were really excited for the cottage. The first night we got it it rained in the next morning the inside it was filled with water. There is no drain. I now have to spend time mopping it up because I cannot lift it myself to get the water out. This added a hassle to what would've been a fun toy. It attracts mosquitoes in I cannot let my daughter go out by herself because I don't know if there's water in it. For the price of this cottage I should not have to clean it before my daughter uses it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is fun for girls and boys. My grandchildren have spent hours of imaginative play in the "princess castle" or "The Fort".

Scorched Roof Panel

Roof panel was either over heated or stuck to the mold. Red color varies from light red to burgundy. Does not seem to effect integrity, but not very attractive.
