Doesn't work

My 2 year son got this as a gift for Christmas and we were very excited because my 4 year old has the Super ultimate garage and both boys are obsessed with cars, tracks, etc. But after we put it together we were very disappointed. It's a very nice looking, sturdy unit the problem is the cars won't go down the track without being pushed. It's a huge disappointment but where it was a gift we are stuck with it. I'll be dropping it off around Savers soon!

Track Does not work

Bought this for my son however he gets very frustrated because the cars don,t go down the track. Almost never plays with it because he says its broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect toy!

We got this for our 3 year olds birthday and oh my goodness it was a hit! he loves it so much and can just play for hours. The holders for cars work perfectly and the decals were easy to put on. Assembly was a breeze. We are so pleased with this product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wish my son could play with it

My son got this for Christmas and I tried assembling it today. I figured it was like other step 2 products, i just needed a screwdriver. Like other reviews say, there are no pre-drilled holes. My husband has the drill for work today, so my son is now crying in the corner because I can't get this garbage together. Why would you not drill the holes for your customers? Maybe if you did, you would have more loyal folks. Cars might actually make it down the track (not my review, but based off what others have said.) This is just plain stupid and infuriating.

My son absolutely loves this!! its all he plays with these days! He loves that its something he can stand up and play with and not have to sit the whole time and he can add his own track to the end so its customize-able!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is disappointing on several issues.
Very difficult to assemble—the holes are NOT pre drilled.
The cars will not go thru the entire track— they get stuck and have to be dislodged multiple times.
More track needs to come with the toy— once it is assembled, it barely reaches the floor on one side, with nothing on the second side of track. Racing is IMPOSSIBLE without purchasing additional track.
This is a Christmas gift for my grandson, we are soooo disappointed!
Certainly was not worth the money, and isn’t Step2 quality!!

Grandparents purchased this toy for my 2 year old birthday. He’s been enjoying it but there are times where the orange skinny tracks come off because he likes to glide them himself, but overall it’s a great toy for boys that are into cars.
I would recommend this to a friend!
