My two girls, age 3 years and 18 months, love this. Both can safely sit- and play- without us worrying. Assembly is a bit of a pain, but well worth it.

This is a sturdy, colorful picnic table for our granddaughters, ages 3 and 1 1/2! The umbrella is large enough to provide lots of shade. They love it, and we love that they won’t outgrow it for years!

Purchased this table a little over 6 years ago and other than the umbrella it is still in perfect condition. Even the color has not faded. The umbrella only last a couple of seasons, but I expected that. It has been used for countless birthdays, holidays, get togethers, and kid crafts/projects indoors and out. Our family has loved it but kids are now too big for it at 7 and 10 so we are passing it on to another family. We have had many step2 products over the years and all have held up perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids.

Kids are really enjoying their own table! I thought it would be a little sturdier, especially when building it. I know hallow plastic I guess is not the sturdiest material. Not happy I had to drill most holes myself prior to using the screws they supplied. Few more details on the instructions would have been nice. Not sure how long umbrella will last, but hopeful it will last awhile if I take down often at night and before windy weather.
