Missing pieces ruin my present

Please contact us at 1-800-347-8372 Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM during normal business hours and ask for a Consumer Service representative who will assist you in order to find a resolution to your satisfaction. This would include sending any necessary replacement parts at no charge with proof of purchase if product within our 3 year warranty.
