I have used this almost everyday for 3 years and works like a charm. I like that the reservoirs are to the sides as they are easily accessible. The machine is convenient in making single serving coffee with great quality. The coffee is never watered down and the machine creates a crema whether it’s a coffee or espresso pod. The only problem is that the coffee is warm but not hot. Other than that, it’s perfect.

A great product that you can have a delicious cup of coffee within a few minutes. Don’t have to worry about temperatures or eyeing the right amount for a cup of coffee. Wish they had more organic options though.

I haven’t personally owned one of these but I have friends that do and they love it . It is a good investment to have if you’re a coffee lover . I personally love to use a kettle when making coffee but it would be great to have one of these as well

Truly the only thing

Truly the only thing I take pleasure in seeing when I wake up first thing every morning. Love the ease of use of this machine, and the selection of pods available. The noise isn’t noticeable, water tank is enough for a small family use each day. It transports me to the streets of Italy, espresso comes pretty close to what you’d find in Italian cafes. Aerocino is a nice addition to make the frothiest silky lattes and cappuccinos. Nice tip I picked up is run a normal espresso and then with the same pod run a lungo setting to make a delish americano!

It broke after 1 year later. Looks cheap machine. It’s a plastic and doesn’t look anything like stainless. Doesn’t worth money. Recommend to pay more money and buy high quality machine.

Easy to use when you can barely open your eyes in the am! Got this as a very nice gift. It’s the first machine I’ve had where I’ve never had a problem with it! So handy having a frothed too!
