Shared a room with covid patient but didn't get it

A year ago I had Covid and stayed at my brother's house. Due to the situation, I spent all day in the same room as him (very kind and brave of him, albeit not recommended). He put his IQAir just outside the room and left the door open. I was there for 5 days sharing a room with him and he never got sick. He actually has two, one for his upstairs and one for downstairs (which he placed near his kitchen, the other place in the house I would go). I bought my own IQAir (GC MultiGas) as soon as I got back home and it arrived just two days later. I plan on getting another one soon for our second floor as well. The pre-filter has lasted a year while being on every day, for most of the day, and sometimes for multiple days in a row. Level 3 was the average, but I've had it on max and also on low if I want super quiet mode. High-quality and highly recommended.

Works well in GC Chemisorber. Living in Hilo, Hawai’i… the volcano sulfuric air is intense sometimes. This machine with the pre-filter makes it feel like there is cleaner air in our home.
