I have been using this program for over 20 years. Easy to use, able to download all the information from QuickBooks. I'll continue using!

Does not connect to Quickbooks Online

It is terrible that I pay a monthly subscription to Intuit for QuickBooks online but I can not pull my information from there to here. I really think QuickBooks is convenient but the manual entry does not work well when it comes to taxes. So next year I will probably go to an accountant to do the entire thing. It is unfortunate that you do not want to upgrade to provide this flexibility.
What's great about it: Pretty Straightforward
What's not so great: Have to input everything manually from QB Online

Quickbooks online does not work with Turbotax CD. This is terrible. It needs to work, year after year its the same thing.

Almost great

This was an excellent experience until I got to the "Transmit Returns Now" button. Then I was informed that I needed to perform an update. I followed the instructions to click Online > Check for Updates. This showed that my Turbo Tax was up to date ?!? But the "Transmit Returns Now" button still insisted that an update was needed. Infinite loop ! Yikes !

4.5 Stars--only one small issue

Mostly good--easy to figure out and federal taxes were filed without issues, but the state ones said they "couldn't convert to PDF" or something like that and wouldn't print. Later when I tried to print, it printed a bunch of blank pages. I think I finially figured it out. So, mostly good, but there was a quirky piece.
What's great about it: Easy to use in general. Saved me a lot of time.
What's not so great: Wouldn't print state returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
