I have been wearing this watch for 1 week. This is my first time with a Garmin watch. I am still learning how to use it. The face of the watch is very large and I have a small wrist. I am comparing the step count with that from my existing Fitbit. The steps are different by 3 to 4 thousand at the end of the day. Very discouraging. So I have mixed reviews of this watch so far.

Bootloop still an issue

Disappointed how the flagship watch still has bootloop problems. It's one of the most frustrating situations. Being incredibly happy about receiving such an amazing gift from your parents, to realize you can't use it because Garmin hasn't been able to fix their OS. I'm sure I'd love it if I got a working watch, but until then I'll stick to my Fitbit.

Full of glitches that ruin it!

I received this watch as a gift and as a bery active hiker/biker/climber i loved the idea of all these features in one watch. They would really be awesome if they worked! Out of the box one of the big cutting edge selling points doesnt function, the pulse oximetry cant be used unless you have a gps fix on your current location. Fine, but the gps doesnt work either out of the box! According to the garmin support website i have to connect the watch to a computer, then use the garmin connectivity program to go search for a specific broken file and delete it from the watch’s operating system for it to work. Rest of the watch functions well, is durable, and is wonderfully customizable. Absolutely ridiculous that a watch of this price has such problems out of the box that multiple

Great watch and features

I got this for Christmas and love the watch. My only issue is the lack of detail in the owners manual. There are many features and icons not clearly described in this. I have to google to find out what and how to use many features. If you have a link to a detailed owners manual with all the features and how to access and use them it would help.
