need to display Chinese Notification

It is a great watch on everything except it cannot display any Chinese Notification. It is OK for me no Chinese in System language, but i do need the watch display Chinese. it is why i use my fitbit again.

We do offer an APAC model that displays in Chinese and other Asian languages. They require slightly different hardware in the screen displays so are not offered on the North American versions

Early Father day gift

Great watch. I am a Firefighter and live a active life with hobbies and my career. I never been able to have a smart watch because they would break right away. So far I the Fenix 5X plus is gives me everything i need. I love that It will allow me to go 100 mm underwater too.

Total disappointment.

Total disappointment. The watch has great features but the poor screen, dim screen, and what is obviously photoshopped images they use for marketing really turned me off from this watch. I was beyond excited to see it arrive to only box it right back up a day later due to the poor display on the watch.

We are sorry to hear you had issues with the screen. The brightness can be easily adjusted and the screen is fully readable even in direct sunlight. The images we use for our promotional material are not actually photoshopped but based on the actual products. We hope to see you again in the future

It does everything as advertised, its comfortable, the battery is amazing and I love it. My only compliant is the screen isn't very bright, even with it set to 100% though still readable in different lighting conditions. I would give it 5 stars if it had a more vivid screen.

Just what I wanted

I love the watch and all it’s features. Solid design! I’m having trouble getting Spotify to work but I was able to download several songs that I had from iTunes on my computer to the watch. Music plays/interfaces with my AirPods without any issues. I’ve saved some locations on GPS but haven’t done any real navigation yet but I can’t wait to try it out. I’m very satisfied and would recommend this to watch to active outdoorsman who want information but not be bothered with touchscreen communication...that’s what my phone is for if I want to bother with that.

I love my new watch

It's only been a week in and I go out to run every single day which has never happened in my life. I really enjoy seeing the progress and the watch absolutely encourages me to get up and walk when I sit and keep moving more and faster when I run.

I have only had the watch for 4 days but, I could not be happier with the purchase. After set up, makes it easy to track our runs and hikes. Very comfortable and looks great as well.

I’ve only had it a few days but I like it so far. A little on the complicated side, but that’s just because it can do soooo much. The treadmill run seems a little off and each mile seemed to get more off. Other that I have found any issues.
