Nice and small

I bought the smaller range to increase cabinet space in our small cabin. It is a no-frills model. Oven heats well, though not even. I also keep a thermometer in there to get more accurate temperature readings. I am certainly happy with the value for the range.

Needed a very narrow oven for my small apartment to replace the 40 something year old oven that was beyond its days. This one works well, keeps heat in and is easy to clean. Knobs take a bit of getting used to but are fine. Love the oven light!

What a wonderful, space-saving appliance this range is. I had a 14 x 14 area to create a kitchenette for my mother-in-law on the second floor of my home. This range is as functional as any full-size range and she loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this stove. It works well. The cook top heats quickly and evenly. Do be sure to turn on your hood fan the first time you use the oven. And you might want to briefly turn off your smoke alarm. The instruction book does say to expect an odor or some smoke when using it the first time. It didn't smoke but halfway into the baking time it did give off an odor that set the smoke alarm off, but I was expecting it. Other than that the oven works well. My food was evenly cooked. I especially like having the oven light and window. The knobs are on the front so it wouldn't really be something you'd want if you have small children.
