Perfect and easy to use cookstove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new Amana electric coil top stove and I love it. I replaced a gas stove that worked ok but emitted an odor and chemicals that caused me to have headaches. I do not have that problem now. I like the temperature consistency of both the burners and the oven. The gas stove burners burned too hot and I was unable to turn them down enough to simply simmer a stew or soup. The burners on my electric stove provide a fantastic range of temperatures for coooking everything from my eggs in the morning to frying pork chops in the evening. The stove temperatures are consisten and my baked goods come out evenly baked every time. The stove top is easy to clean and the controls are simple to understand and use. Thank you for designing such an amazing stove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stove in November, and wanted to try it thoroughly before reviewing. We are very happy. We cook at home almost everyday and it works for everything we cook.
It’s easy to clean. The black finish is perfect for me, I shine it up with a paper towel after washing. The drip pans have a durable coating, and are easy to wash. The oven temperature is accurate, and consistent. It was a good value.

Traditional Range vs. Ceramic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Amana range about a mont ago. I did so to my ceramic top stov, which I was completely done with. That almost always constant cleaning had become a real pain. Returning to a traditional stovetop range was a good decision. My Amana has met all my needs. It’s smart with its bake assistant temp, and the range top is very easy to keep clean. I really have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my stove to replace a glass top whirlpool brand. The burners are way more accurate on temp and easier to cook with because they’re more stable temperature wise. The oven is also much more accurate. In many ways it’s functionally superior. However there are a few details that make it only 4 stars. The sheet metal is thin,the stove top gets burn-you hot while using the oven at 350°. The vent goes into back left burner and comes very close to boiling water from running the oven; steaming and making bubbles but they don’t release and roll like a simmer. Of it was 400° I’d bet it would simmer. To be clear, this is with the burner OFF. The oven racks are half size wire gauge so thin and weak feeling. You can’t pull them out to get food out of the oven because they fall down in front dumping food out. The bottom drawer doesn’t ride smooth or evenly and has no depth to keep stored pans from falling out in back. . It would be great if the oven light came on automatically when the door is opened. None of it is a deal breaker. At least not in the winter time. But using the oven in summer will cause some major issues conflicting with my ac. All that said, it’s a good range and easy to cook on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my stove last month. I don't like it like it at all. Not happy, I hate the eyes for the stove. Round cap in the middle is difficult to clean. The oven door is so light. I did not want another smooth top. I choose this stove. Now I have to live with it. Paying that much o am not getting my money's worth
