Wise choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had 2 glass top electric ranges and hated them. Since we don't have access to natural gas, we decide to buy an "old school" electric range. So glad we did. Easier to keep clean and heats up very fast. Can boil water in less than half the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced our old Amana range with this newer model and it has taken some time getting use to. Being older I still prefer the knobs to set what temperature I want and the same to use the timer. Otherwise I'm happy with it

Trouble

My wife bought this product almost a year and a half ago and have had to constantly reset breaker for display and now the display only has one digit on the end flashing and the oven does not work however the top does. We had to cook everything on the grill for easter this past weekend except for the beans and boiled eggs for deviled eggs. because the oven part quit working almost a week ago. Very sad products don"t last like they used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven new in the end of January this year ! The bottom drawer is wobbly and the gasket inside is falling off!! I call the company because I bought the protection plan a tell them about the gasket an the send me a door handle !!

Great Stove

All of the top oven eyes heat up very quickly, the oven part also heats up quickly and cooks great. The AMANA is very user friendly, I definitely recommend.
