I have been a long standing Viking supporter. I just purchased a new 36 “ range top and it hasn’t been fully functional since the first day it was installed. I have had service out twice already and the issues continue. It’s been 4 months now and my Viking range top still isn’t 100%. I believe I have been more than patient. Why is Viking not willing to just replace this appliance. I’m not a happy customer.!!!!
