Farmer Barbie Hours of Fun

Her and her brother played farm for hours. Hauling cattle make houses for the chickens. The sturdy tractor has a great piece on the seat to hold Barbie on. The wagon hooks on and off the back. All sturdy plastic. Barbies one piece outfit makes it easy to have Barbie change after a hard day farming. Can’t wait for more farm pieces to add to this set (maybe a barn) Thank you Mattel for making another winner

Farm theme is refreshingly wholesome and sweet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very sweet Barbie toy! I was pleased to see that this doll has normal feet -- not permanently tippy-toed for high heels like the dolls of my youth. She also seems to have slightly more realistic bodily proportions and a cute set of overalls and boots, very practical for farm chores! There is a clip that holds her in place when she "drives" the tractor. The cart can be detached. The animals are adorable! I knew my daughters would like this, but have been surprised at how many different ways they have played with this set, and how it has been incorporated into their existing toy collection. One daughter was especially happy that the steering wheel actually spins (although it does not actually cause the tractor to turn). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the wholesome and practical vibe of this toy. In browsing the Barbie section, I was pleased to see a couple of other sets that seemed more like everyday situations (pet or baby care) and less of the super-stereotypical-and-overhelmingly-pink fashion and fantasy stuff I remember from my youth. Good job on this one, Barbie! We love it!
