Unexpected entertainment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus Rex arrived I was looking for the area to put the batteries in. When I realized no batteries were needed, I was a little worried my boys would not be entertained and this toy would end up just sitting in the toy box. I was a little surprised that the mini dinosaurs that the tyrannasauraus would consume were also not included. But my kids LOVED it. They ran around collecting little items for the dinosaur to eat and it became a game of “what can fit in the Dino’s mouth”. This kept them entertained for hours. The dinosaur “ate” and emptied his belly only to eat again. I will have to find the mini dinosaurs so T-Rex can stop “eating” random toys. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lifelike dinosaur is a must have for Dino lovers. It’s the size of my 2 year old! The first thing my kids did was find all the little dinosaurs at home to feed it. Then it was a game of what can the dinosaur eat? They started putting little cars, balls, and everything else that fits into his mouth. They were entertained for so many hours!

Possibly the best rex sculpt ever.

"Super Colossal" is no exaggeration, this is the largest sculpt in any JP/JW toyline. It's skin has a little give, and is textured, similar to the "Real Feel" Mosasaurus. This sculpt also borrows an action function from the Kenner Bull T-Rex sculpt, in that it can swallow figures whole. With poseable top and bottom jaws, the mouth opens wide, leaving plenty of room for things to slide down. This sculpt can swallow a multitude of figures, spanning every JP/JW toyline. It's feet don't line up with it's ankles just right. However, that is a very minor esthetic drawback to an over-all excellent sculpt. A great toy for kids and collectors alike.

Daughter LOVED it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My almost 5 year old daughter has become obsessed with dinosaurs recently and once we received this she was ecstatic! Much bigger than we expected, but it's easy for her to lift and move and play with. Just need to get some little dinos for it to "eat" so she can really play with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is 4 and he loves his t rex. It is almost as big as him and he loves that it is so big. He usually uses little toys we have around the house and stuffs them in the dinosaurs mouth and then opens up the compartment on the stomach to get them out. His imaginative play is awesome with this dinosaur as it usually chases his other toys around and he pretends that it growls. The only down size to this toy is it does not come with the little dinosaurs you can put in his mouth you have to purchase those separate. Other than that it is a well made great toy.

This T-Rex has to be one of the best versions that I've ever seen Jurassic line put out (I remember the original T-Rex from the 1st Jurassic Park line in the 90's & this one even trumps that one.) I've always been a big dinosaur lover & this toy does not disappoint!

Great size dinosaur for any toddler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 children under the age of 5 and since we got this T-Rex, this is the only toy they play with. They enjoy being agle to feed the dinosaur other animals and have them come out of their "tummy" Thank you mattel for this GREAT product.

My son is bonkers for this t rex! He goes around the house terrorizing our dogs with the dinosaur. It is quite hilarious. He loves letting "rexy" eat his hotwheels & retrieving them from the belly. Cool t rex toy!
