I researched laptops before buying a HP, And this one gavve me EVERYTHING I wanted and needed and a WHOLE Lot More. You can't get a Better one for work and personal yse than a HP. I think I needed more memory for what I use it for, nothing some memory sticks couldn't help me with, though. It is very user friendly, and I almost prefer using it over my phone! I recommend this laptop for anyone that needs it for basic laptop needs, and more. I'm still getting to know everything on it, and unlocking it's potentials and capabilities.
