Night vision is foggy looking

Ok I purchased to replace the one I had on my garage looking out into the driveway. I wanted the camera cause of the spotlights so it will record in Color at night since we been having a lot of vehicles broken into. I hooked the camera up works real nice during the day but when the night rolls around and the black and white night vision turns on it looks like it’s all foggy out. I added photos of the old camera which the night vision is great and the new spotlight camera which night vision is poor. Looks like I will have to return the spotlight camera and reinstall the old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
