Could be quicker

Nice item but unless I set up wrong seems to be a little slow getting to my smart phone and speaker is temprimental, picture great though. Wished it was quicker then would great item.

Batteries barely last 5 months

I bought the door bell a year ago, and am now replacing the batteries for the third time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this at the same time as 4 wifi camera. The cameras are excellent. The door bell however is not great. I have superb WiFi, but the lag from the doorbell being activated to my phone is around 20 secs later. Also the live feed has the same delay, so many times the caller has moved on before I have the chance to answer. The battery lasts around 2 weeks but the delay gets worse the lower the battery goes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some problems

Frequency of use:Daily
The response time on my phone is slow, sometimes up to 5 minutes after the doorbell has rung. Recently the separate chime unit has started to ring spontaneously, even in the middle of the night without the doorbell having been pushed. This is already my second chime unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
