Great hybrid watch

I received this for a Christmas present and am very happy so far. It was very easy to set up. It has the look of a traditional watch but upon raising your wrist the smart watch display appears showing the day and date along with the steps taken for the day. If you touch the display, you can scrolll thru and view all your other fitness info such as exercise minutes, heart rate, calories burned. Of course the accompanying app on your smart phone provides much greater detail.

I received my vivomove HR as a present from my fiance for Christmas...So far I love it..I do not use all of the features, but do use most of them..It is comfortable to wesr and looks great with any outfit...I would have him buy it again..

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with the device. Please start with logging onto our support site to ensure that the device is up to date with software as well as getting started setting up the system.
I have the black one with rose gold, very fashionable, light weight, easy to use. I love it!

Poor features

I got this as a gift from my husband to replace my Fitbit but the heart monitor is terrible so it does a horrible job track how my calories that you have burn I would not recommend this to anyone!!
