Great stove top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has taken me a bit of time to get use to this new cook top. I have been living with a 1960's Tapan cook top for 30+ years. Wasn't use to the electric ignition system, but now that I have adapted I love it. So neat and clean, so much easier to clean since everything is closed. Love the stainless steel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't start properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My burners do not start properly. It takes several tries to get it to work. I often have to leave and go back to it many times which is very annoying and time consuming. It is also annoying to clean under the caps. I called a repair person who said it may be because of the gas pipe. So not sure if it's the cooktop or the building's fault.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

sleek image; ease of lighting without electricity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After nearly 2 months of use, there is one issue that I cannot solve: the largest of the 4 burners is difficult to ignite, and, when first igniting, the large burner produces initially a huge flame that scares my wife. This never happens with the other three smaller burners. How can I reduce the ignition flame size on the large burner??
