[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the phone about 2 months and I like all the features. It it has many new features that I find useful. I only have one complaint and that is, after many hours on the phone with the Verizon tech people I cannot make the phone give me a notification alarm of either a missed call or a voicemail. Therefore I have to tell the caller, in a long spiel, also leave me a text message telling me to pick up my voicemails, this way at least I get a notification sound from the text message app. However I do get notifications from other areas on the phone. I really like the quality, ease-of-use, and the amount of memory available on this phone. Therefore I will rate the phone 3 stars and if this problem can be resolved when I speak to LG I will change my rating to five stars.

Had the V10 and v20 this is much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the V10 and v20 a quite a few problems with them including absolute slippery v20 which constantly flew out of my hand finally broke the phone so I'm glad to see they will warranty it for 2 years cost me $150 deductible to get the v40 I have now because of the breakage on the v20 I don't feel I should have had to pay that because the phone was made way too slippery......
