[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In January 2019, unfortunately I lost my mother after her battle with cancer. The very next day I was tending to previously scheduled appointments when I was offered this Amazing phone at an unbelievable price!
This LG V40 Thin Q is the first phone I have ever had that was brand new on the market. I am impressed by how fast I am able to flip through apps, new features I keep finding, how long the battery lasts, and then it charges in 90minutes!!! I love this phone and the design is gorgeous. It is a phone that can keep you ahead of the times today!
It might sound, weird but I feel like it was my mom sending me something nice. That is how she was, ya know? She always taking care of us. So I guess i could say this phone for me was Heaven Sent!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The the scanner in the back is always welcomed in my book just because of its sheer ease and comfort

The camera is upgraded and has lots of features to photograph any situation. 2 cameras on the front and 3 on the back and upgraded hardware make picture taking fun and easy.
The size feels comfortable in your hand and it is quite light.
Options of slide screens and hot buttons can be customized to your preference.
Battery performance has been upgraded to extend life as well.
You will not be disappointed in this phone and al the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I bought the LG V30+ about a year ago. I loved the design, display, functionality, and ruggedness so much that I had to have the V40. At first I thought I wouldn't care much for the cameras, 5 of them. I thought who needs that. I found a few days later that I do. I have been playing with the phone and functions so much to familiarize myself with the settings and functions that I am now a photographer. Not really but the cameras just cant be beat. The display is unmatched by any other phone that I have ever owned. The settings are easily understood and very user friendly. The sound is amazing with or without ear buds. The design is amazing and the phone feels good in my hand. I don't have any trouble hearing while on a call like I have with every other phone I have owned in recent years. As far as ruggedness, this phone is a Beast as was the V30+. The corning gorilla glass was definitely a factor in my decision to buy this phone. I love the look of the phone although a different color option would have been nice. I like it so much that I also bought one for my wife, and she absolutely loves it as do I. I would recommend this and any other LG device I have owned in recent years. WTG LG and keep up the good quality workmanship.

I am enjoying all the bells and whistles on this phone and am so proud of myself. This phone is totally the bomb!!! I have had cell/bag phones for at least 35 yrs. and this is absolutely the best. Soooooo user friendly. My assistant is always at my fingertips. She is also the bomb. Sometimes I think she is glad when I put my phone to sleep at night.

Audio Powerhouse & Great Cameras

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 weeks in and I'm very happy with the V40. The audio "boombox" speaker is my favorite feature of this phone. It gets very loud, and sounds amazing--even better than any external bluetooth speaker! The Quad DAC chip for wired headphones is also AMAZING. Calls sound loud & clear via the earpiece speaker. The Snapdragon 845 CPU performs well, with no lag--apps load instantly, and text messages are delivered without a hitch. Battery lasts about 1 day. The new 19.5 : 9 OLED screen takes some getting used to; but once my eyes adjusted to it, it's actually very nice. Especially for gaming, with the game controls on the ends of the long screen, allowing the fingers to stay clear & away from the action in the center. Cameras produce crisp, clear images. This is an amazing phone!
