Turbo is the way to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter spent a couple hours playing with this track with her buddies. I had to bribe them with snacks to get them away. Setup took a bit of time, but kids had fun.

Missing something

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good set. But Fisher Price has set the bar too high on past Trackmaster sets to be just “very good”. I appreciate the ingenuity it took to launch an engine and car AND make that launcher hold up to little kids. The tie-in to the turbo engines is understood. But there is no “wow!” as with previous sets.
It would have been easy to “plus up” this set. Another Nia engine, more palm trees, movie themed cargo, or doors on the temple; simple adds and any one of them would have justified the asking price.
Again this would be fine if released by another toy company, or even at 40 dollars. But from FP and at 60 dollars, something is missing.
All of this being said, my son still loves his new track and that is what’s important.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 3 and 7 year old and they loved it! They loved how fast Thomas zooms and jumps high. The only complaint they had was they wish it had two jumps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 little ones were very excited when they were given the Thomas set. The packaging was bright and exciting.
Setup was fairly easy and took about 10 minutes, give or take the time to get the pieces back from the excited kids trying to help me.
Once all setup and battery installed off we went as my 3 year old screamed with delight. Around the track went Thomas and crash he went. The train launcher was not exactly aligned so Thomas didn’t make the jump. We tried a few times and it worked a few times but not every jump was a success.
They all played with it for about 15 minutes and their it sat taking up the kitchen floor untouched for 2 days. So now it is all back in its box never to be played with again.
I think if your kid loves Thomas and the set consistently made the jump your kids will love it.
