Fun toy for 1yr old

My 1yr old got this for his birthday and loves it. Only issue we had assembling it was zipline wasn’t working. I figured out the factory screws for the release mechanism on the back were too tight. Once I loosened them it fixed the problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So many ‘adventures with the Share & Care Safari!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Safari is full of features! There is a habitat for each animal! There are lots of sounds and lights for different times of day and weather. The zip line is a hit with my two year old! The set up can be used 360* - both sides of it offer features and habitats to play on. The assembly took a little bit, along with a Phillips head screwdriver, but the directions were easy and straight forward. The playset is large, but the handle at the top makes it easy to move. My daughter LOVES the animals! The animals are high quality, their detail is so adorable. Three AA batteries are required. Even with the sound turned off, my daughter spends hours imagining stories with this playset! Even my older children (ages 6 & 11) love playing with my 2 year old on this playset.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cute and BIG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this toy mostly for our 2.5 year old, but we also have a 4.5 year old and a 1 year old - they all enjoy this toy! The box was shipped inside a cardboard box with the name of the toy on the outside, but no pictures, so it would be fine to order for surprise/gifting purposes as long as the intended recipient can't read yet. :) There is some assembly required, but start to finish it only took about 20 minutes to put together, and that was with three little "helpers". You'll need a Philips head screwdriver and 3 AA batteries. This toy ends up being quite large when fully assembled, so make sure you have a good sized area to store it when not in use. The good thing about the size is it is big enough for all three kids to play together without too much fighting! The little animal figures are super cute and just the right size for little hands. My kids love giving the animals rides on the zip line and the boat, and they are fascinated by the lights and sounds. It's a great addition to the Little People line up - we had a few other sets already and the other figures are compatible with this set as well.

My 2 and 4 year old love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a few reservations about this toy because it is so big, but I after seeing how much my boys love it, I'm so glad we have it. I haven't even been able to move it out of our living room yet because they always protest.
Having two playable sides to the set is great for learning cooperative play. My two year old in particular hasn't quite mastered the art of sharing, but he wants to play with his big brother. They each sit on a side and play together, but with their own space, as well.
They love the animals that came along (and I'm glad the set included several). My two year old is particularly fond of the elephant and has been sleeping holding him. I do wish the figures were made of the same soft plastic that Little People used to be made of. I'm not sure when the switch was made, but I do prefer them the old way.
My boys don't only use Little People animals with the play set, but they have turned the set into a hideout for super heroes, a tree house for dogs, etc.
The set was easy to put together and I was happy that I didn't have to apply stickers (I always mess those up!). The instructions were very easy to follow and I had it together in just a few minutes.
If you have the space and your kid(s) are fans of Little People, I highly recommend this set. I think it might just be out favorite!

Got as a Christmas gift, came broken

This is a really cute toy... but we just assembled our Christmas gift and nothing works with the batteries, we have changed the batteries and still not working. Also, the zip line won’t stay up, that button doesn’t work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love it

I got this for my child for his 2nd Birthday and he loves it. It took him a second to get the zipline, but as soon as he did he played for an hour. He loves the music, he dances with the animals.

Zipline didn't work, cust. service resolved issue

This was given to my children as a gift. They loved it, but the zipline didnt work properly (as others have posted about). I contacted customer service and they quickly resolved the issue. If the zipline doesn't work, contact customer service they will take care of it. Other than the zipline issue this is a great product
