Ours only speaks Japanese

Got this as a Christmas gift and my daughter loves it, she's stimulated and will play for a while but it only speaks Japanese and we can't figure out how to change it
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product has 4 languages to choose from: English, Spanish, Mandarin & French. On page 17 of the instructions it will show you how to change the settings. Here is the link : https://bit.ly/2Q2SzGk

Great toy not durable

We have had the toy being used for 6 months and the clock has already stopped working the rest still works and our son has lots of fun with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn’t work

Bought as a Christmas present. Put together as instructed. The sign doesn’t work, doorbell doesn’t work, on/off switch doesn’t work, red light doesn’t work. Not happy. A pretty expensive toy to just have sitting around with only half of the things on it working. Super disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry your Smart Home isn't working properly! To fix this, please disassemble the product and remove the upper wall connectors (see steps 1-3 of the disassembly instructions) and verify that the electrical connection has been made, the wires are not twisted, and that the wires have not become loose or pinched
Once you have arrived at the wires, they should disconnect and reconnect the plastic and try turning the product on and off again using the main power switch, located below the Smart Stages selector.

Great if it all worked

I bought this house and was so excited that I can add the car later, however I am worried it may not work. I assembled it and there are a few features that do not work. The thermostat and big light switch do not work at all, and the doorbell and 3 shape buttons only work once and awhile. I am nervous to purchase the car and it not work if the sensor doesn't work. I called the place I purchased from and because I do not have the box they won't let me exchange. Is there anything that can be done? This is a very entertaining product, I would give this 5 stars otherwise.

Great toy

My son got the car for Christmas, so I bought him the house for his birthday the week after. It’s a nice toy, has a lot of learning features. But I’m only giving 4 stars because I feel like for $150 before tax, the refrigerator and mailbox should stay closed better. Fridge isn’t such a big deal but the mailbox affects other features when you’re in the middle of a song or activity and it pops open on its own and ruins the whole learning opportunity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Entertaining toy/not all features work

I bought this a present for my daughter's first Christmas 2020. She does love the toy, however the numbers near the doorbell sometimes do not work. The light switch has completely stopped working and she really liked to play with that. I feel if this is supposed to "grow" with my child, the quality should be much better as I thought it was made to last for years. For that reason I am disappointed in the product, especially with how much it cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I just bought this for my 10 month old and after getting it all put together and her playing with it for only an hour or two almost all the sound features aren’t working, If one of the sound buttons does work then it’s very delayed, I carefully Checked to make sure the wire connector was done properly and it has brand new batteries after reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one with this problem. we really needed this toy during this time of being in the house pretty much 24/7 I’m very bummed it’s so cute and she loved it while it worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fun for hours!

I bought this two months ago for my daughters first birthday, but I was too excited to wait until her birthday and figured we might as well get as much use of it as we can so I gave it to her the day I bought it. I had seen it was on the list for toy of the year awards and was immediately intrigued. So after looking it up numerous time and watching unboxings I wanted to get it. My daughter and I love it! She was 9 months when I gave it to her and she's almost 11 months now and plays with it everyday. She loves the ABC's so we really like that it plays every other time the door is swung open. She's still on the first stage so I know we'll get so much more use out of it. I love the bright colors and all the different activities it offers. It's also light enough for me to move, using the handles on the sides, but its sturdy for her to play in. I also noticed after I bought it that you could purchased the 3 in 1 smart car to go with the house so I immediately purchased that as well for her and we're so happy we did!
I would recommend this to a friend!
